Yes, I was lying in the tub. Since Taiwanese custom forbids anyone but the newlywed to touch the bed, and the sofa in the living room was occupied by baseball fans (after all it was Taiwan v.s. Korea, you have to respect THAT), it left me no other choices but to take up residence in the tub. It was big and comfy. After standing on my feet for 5 hours, you won't hear me complaining that's for sure. So my friend of 15 years got hitched, There is something about standing by her side throughout the whole thing that makes me sentimental, it's like giving away a sister.
